(Volcanic Carboniferous Rocks with Tuffs and Basalt Flows) - 2005

The rocks here are of Dinantian Age, part of the Brigantian. Strathclyde Group. The Kinghorn Volcanic Formation consists of sequences of basalt lava flows, pyroclastic rocks and interbedded minor sedimentary rocks.
